this tender and charming book that helps all of us remember what it's like to be a child with the ups and downs that we, as parents, aunts, uncles and grandparents need to address to make the transition from child to teenager easier (if that's possible!). This book is written as a diary by a young girl. Through the course of the book, the reader learns the girl’s thoughts on everything from:
· bad language
· her first crush
· her parents’ fights
· staying true to her dreams as a grownup

The pages are filled with simple truths, wise and innocent at the same time. Girls, tweens, and teens will love the reinforcement they gain from The Truth’s diary entries, and their parents will love the opportunity to finally have a fun way to discuss with their kids so many issues around growing up. The book sells for only $6.95 and is delightfully short and sweet.

If you're a woman, you'll rejoice in the girl inside of you. If you're a man, you can offer courage and affirmation to your daughters and granddaughters so they know from the inside out, it is okay, in fact, essential to keep that girl alive as they grow up.
