The true heart of Tribal Abundance is connecting, supporting, collaborating and not competing. The tribal piece and the abundance piece are closely intertwined and almost inseparable. Being able to be a supportive and collaborative member of a tribe comes from having an abundance mindset and not from a fear-based place of scarcity.

Have you ever felt powerless and alone? It happens throughout life but when those moments happen at work it's really difficult to know how to act or what to think. Sometimes it feels like betrayal or as though a great injustice has been done to us.
 
It's how we respond to those moments that determines the path of our life journey. They help shape us into the person we are today. 
 
My journey led me to Tribal Abundance® and it's a journey I'd like to share with you. The experiences I had shaped and molded me and out of this came the Tribal Abundance philosophy. It led me to a place where the philosophy of Tribal Abundance has been my North Star, my compass. Coming from a place of Tribal Abundance has helped me to navigate the uncertain waters of life with optimism and a sense of joy.
 
The heart of Tribal Abundance® is about finding your tribe and working as a tribe and having an abundance mindset rather than a scarcity mindset.
 
Finding your tribe is powerful; so many people feel disconnected from others, they feel like outsiders, like they don't belong. And I've also experienced many women who are competitive, who move towards shutting others out, who want to be on top, who feel as though they have to trample on a lot of other women to get ahead.
 
And having that abundance mindset, the perspective that there IS enough for everyone and there is no need to greedily grasp at things, afraid there isn't enough, but rather you can have an open heart and mind trusting that there is no lack. Living in this mindset draws you to your tribe and attracts like-minded people to you...
 
In this book, I want to give you the tools and perspective to shift towards living a life of Tribal Abundance. Whether you're dissatisfied with your current employment or not living your life to its full potential, embracing Tribal Abundance will help you surround yourself with like-minded people, your tribe. And your tribe can provide you with the support and collaboration that you need to live life to its fullest and achieve your goals.

Something writers of multiple stories will experience: Titles may come to you in a flash. Some will take a bit of thinking through. Say you’ve written your first and only story thus far. When did you first know you were destined to be a writer? LOL, I never realized I was destined to be a writer -- I fell into it. I'd written poetry for years, collecting it in notebooks stacked in my attic when I wrote one I wanted to keep. This led me to several online sites and ultimately to discovering the Muse Online Writers Conference where I hooked up with Linda Barnett Johnson and joined her writers forums. She required everyone to write both fiction and poetry, so, with much trepidation, I started writing fiction.
